The customer wanted to have a system which could add security to the building but also track employees time within the building I.e hours worked so they can create a time sheet log. This is a common request for medium to larger businesses to help streamline employee processes without compromising security.

After the consultation process and listening to the customers’ needs and requirements, we recommended the @paxtonbenelux system used with the Net2 pro solution with X1 controller / reader set up for the access of entering the building & a separate controller for the readers for clicking in and clocking out. The customer was really happy with the integration and overall service provided by our team. Even after the installation was complete, we made sure that the customer was fully competent with the newly installed access control system and gave reassurance that we always contactable.

Lookout Fire & Security Solutions have been as busy as ever in recent weeks. Many customers throughout the North West are requesting burglar alarm upgrades to ensure maximum security for themselves and their property. One of our latest burglar alarm upgrades was in Ashton for a residential customer. A high-quality @orisec_ltd system was installed upgrading existing Honeywell Accenta system utilising all existing cabling and replacing all devices to new.

Moreover, a few wireless devices were also added to add more protection one being a wireless shock sensor with inputs. We utilised this to wire a roller shutter contact into the input to add security to the electronic shutter door. The team at Lookout Fire & Security Solutions will be returning this coming week to add smart phone to the customers phone once the Wi-Fi has been fitted. As a result of this, the customer will be able to be able to remotely view any activity or triggers directly through their mobile device even when away from their property.

This was another great job to undertake for our team and another customer that we have left being really happy with the service provided. It was essential for this particular customer that remote monitoring was feasible upon completion and we made this happen with ease. The customer is now left with a modern-day burglar alarm system that ticks all the boxes.

Another project which has come to a close for a commercial client we have had the pleasure of installing Hikvision UK & Ireland CCTV system and Grade 2 Orisec Ltd Intruder Alarm System. This system was designed so the customer can keep a close watch on general surveillance of building operations from manufacturing, packaging, and dispatch whilst also providing peace of mind for protection and security.

Intruder alarm and CCTV systems are imperative for commercial businesses and premises for several reasons and we are proud to add this latest completion to our vast portfolio of commercial security installations. Last week we had the pleasure of upgrading an outdated & unfortunately faulty intruder alarm system to a new smart hybrid Orisec Ltd system. A system which is not monitored by the customer so can be notified of any alarm activity but also having the capability of controlling the system from mobile phone. This particular customer spends long periods away from their property and now has the ultimate peace of mind to keep a close eye on any activity at the property from his mobile device. It was our pleasure to be upgrade their current system with modern-day technology and remote monitoring. Having an outdated system is visual and can be easily spotted by potential burglars or intruders that may have seen the property as an easy target. As a result of this high-quality system upgrade, the property is now at much lower risk of being targeted for burglary or intrusion.

Lookout Fire & Security Solutions are proud to have protected yet another property this week in Golborne, Wigan. Our customer enquired with us as they wanted to increase their property’s security and after having a chat with our highly-experienced security team, it was decided that a new Orisec Hybrid system was the best option. The system came with a wired external siren with a backlight and wired remote keypad, and a mixture of wireless devices for remote monitoring. Moreover, the intruder alarm has also been set up with a WiFi module and can be easily controlled from the customers’ smartphone by remotely setting and unsettling the system.

Another great benefit that our customers loved about the Orisec system is the fact they were able to receive smart notifications of all alarm activity regardless of where they were in the country. Furthermore, by having a high-quality burglar alarm installed on the exterior of their property, they have gained complete peace of mind and are now at a much lower risk of being a target for burglary or theft.

One of our very latest jobs was undertaking the 1st fix of a brand new addressable fire alarm system in Wigan for a commercial company. The new install had its challenges as it was difficult, to get some cables into positions whilst making minimum disruption to the customer’s operations. However, we managed to complete the job to a high standard as always and our customer was extremely happy.

The original system was recommended for the upgrade of the X2 systems in each unit, as the client operates from both units as 1 big unit, we are now installing one system which can be easily manageable for testing and servicing. The specified system is Kentec Electronics Syncro and as this project progresses, we will be sure to keep you up to date with the very latest developments.

Another residential property properly secured by Lookout Fire & Security Solutions. We recently had the pleasure of upgrading a burglar alarm at a residential property in Wigan. The current system installed was faulty to say the least and was causing the homeowner an array of issues. Fortunately, we were able to promptly and professionally upgrade the alarm system to a high-quality and modern-day Orisec intruder alarm system.

Before upgrading the system, we firstly took out the faulty system which has now been powered and cables removed with full decoration. Our team at Lookout also ensured that brand new PIR sensors and door contracts were installed with a wired external siren for back lit at night time. The customer requested the alarm to be installed before decoration as the new panel is a lot smaller than the previous one.

Again, another professional job that the customer was extremely happy with us and decided to leave us an amazing 5-star review. Furthermore, the alarm system was also well set-up on the customers smart phone so that they could easily control and remotely view the alarm from their mobile and also receive any notifications of alarm activity.

Lookout Fire & Security Solutions recently had the pleasure of performing a burglar alarm upgrade in Wigan for a residential property. The customer enquired with us after realising that their current alarm system wasn’t quite up to the security standards that they wanted for their home or their peace of mind. Enter Lookout Fire & Security Solutions. We had the pleasure of upgrading the current alarm system (Accenta 8 Panel ) to a brand new Orisec CP20 system.

We are really loving the very latest equipment by Orisec and our customers are too. Orisec provide some of the very best modern-day features that others simply cannot compete with. As well as having the ability to set and unset alarms remotely, you are also able to remotely control other systems such as CCTV and gates or lights connected.

We were really pleased with how this job went from start to finish. As always, we kept our lovely customer in the loop and made sure that they fully understood how to use the system from their mobile device before we left their property.

In fact, one of our very latest jobs was a CCTV installation over the weekend for a local commercial nationwide customer. After making the enquiry with us, we arranged a set date to install a brand new Hikvision Acusense system in-line with expansion plans for the future.

The specifics of the installation included 8MP 4k Acusense turret domes installed alongside 4MP smart tracking with PTZ cameras all professionally integrated. Furthermore, we also integrated branded GDPR sites which were installed for warning of CCTV installation on-site.

This was another successful job completed by our team at Lookout Fire & Security Solutions and we received a fantastic response and 5-star review from our nationwide customer. This particular installation took us just one day to complete on-site from start to finish.

One of our recent jobs was carrying out a comprehensive install of the Texecom intruder alarm system at a local residential property. This home was completely furnished and had no existing alarm so therefore opted for Texecom complete ricochet system with panel mounted keypad.

Our team recently completed yet another residential CCTV North West installation that we were extremely proud to complete for one of our lovely customers. HikVision is a particular favourite amongst residential clients and it’s no wonder when you realise that they are one of the most proven CCTV suppliers in the world. The latest HikVision CCTV installation in the North West was another successful one. We installed x6 high-quality cameras using HikVision ColourVu Turret Domes so that clear footage could get picked up even in dark environments. Although it wasn’t the easiest property to cable, we ensured that the installation was neat and tidy and not visible to the eye as standard procedure. CCTV has been set up on mobile phone application for live view, playback and set up of smart notifications which can be access 24/7 anywhere in the world

As well as brand new CCTV installations, we are also able to carry out comprehensive CCTV upgrades throughout the North West. Upgrades are essential if your current system is outdated as it may be compromising your security. At this property we upgraded a system which the previous installer was no longer contactable. We upgraded existing cameras to 5MP @hikvision ColourVu TVI turret domes whilst utilising existing cabling.

A tidy up was required as the original cable was exposed and clipped over the soffits and on show. We took the time to fish the cable through the brick work without any on show as standard procedure. The latest ColourVu technology from HikVision ensures that high-quality footage can be captured even in dark-lit environments. Unfortunately, we didn’t take any before photos for this particular job but you can see from the final upgrade the quality of the system.
